Brett Bradford
Vice President of Finance
Being a resident of Las Vegas since 1976, Brett Bradford has established countless relationships and understands the unique opportunities offered throughout the growing Las Vegas community. He was employed by the Mirage Hotel in 1989, spending more than five years at the resort before leaving to pursue other business opportunities. Brett was the founder of a Las Vegas based contracting company in Southern Nevada until he sold the company to achieve broader goals in real estate and commercial development.

Sal Guy
Managing Director - Operations
In 2007 Sal joined Stable Development in the capacity of Operations Manager focusing on implementing company strategies to increase efficiency, maintain quality, and ensure continuous improvement. He brings to this position the same customer service skills utilized in growing both for profit and non-profit businesses. His goal is to ensure that Stables customers experience the same level of care and problem solving he has shown throughout his 30 year career.
